How do I begin the process?

First, you must create an account. You may do this online or by calling us toll free at 877-399-9477 and we’ll fax a Commission Purchase Request Page to you.

I’ve created my account. What’s my next step?

Now that you’ve created your account, you can login to Commission Professionals and enter the information about your specific real estate transaction. This is a simple, quick, straightforward process. Once completed, a Commission Professionals Agreement is faxed or e-mailed to you together with a form of Assignment of Commission for you to complete for each real estate commission you wish to submit to Commission Professionals for purchase.

Who should sign the Commission Professionals Agreement and the Assignments of Commission?

You and your broker must sign the Commission Professionals Agreement and the Assignments of Commission and return these signed agreements via fax, along with your supporting real estate transaction information.

I’ve sent back the signed Commission Professionals Agreement and the Assignments of Commission. How will I know if Commission Professionals will purchase my real estate commissions?

Once we receive the signed Commission Professionals Agreement and the Assignments of Commission, we'll review your paperwork and notify you if the purchase of your real estate commission(s) is approved. If your request is declined, or if there is missing information, a Commission Professionals representative will contact you directly.

What supporting real estate transaction documentation do you require?

We require the following supporting sale information for each commission that you wish to submit for purchase:

* A fully executed and signed copy of the real estate sales contract
* Any and all fully executed and signed counter offers and supporting sale information
* A signed lender's pre-qualification or pre-approval letter (if applicable)
* A copy of the deposit check or the title/escrow receipt
* Proof of at least one other pending sale, one active residential listing, or representation of 2 or more buyers
* Proof of pending sale or active listing, such as an MLS print out.
* Proof via a signed buyer/agency agreement

When should I submit an Assignment of Commission for review and acceptance for purchase by Commission Professionals?

Once you have an accepted purchase and sale contract for a

* single-family residential property
* resale condominium or townhouse
* residential investment property

Do I need an account to submit a request for purchase of a commission by Commission Professionals?

Yes. All real estate agents who wish to submit purchase requests to Commission Professionals must first create an account.
